INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS BUSINESS & TRADINGS, is a Romanian company, which recruits, tests, prepares qualified personnel for the geriatric activity, home health care for old aged or invalids, which respects all the Israeli, Romanian and international laws, and sending them legally to work abroad in different countries in need of specialized working force in medical domain.
Our company has connections with many firms all over the world, has branches all over Romania, and the good collaboration and relations with them stand us a guarantee of our professionalism. We are preparing the legal documents required by the Ministry of Labor in Romania, by the embassies of the foreign countries we are working with and by our collaborators.
contains 120 hours: 80 hours of theoretical classes (kept into Tourist Hotel in Bucharest) and 40 hours of practice into geriatric hospital "Ana Aslan". Due to our interest for high qualification we hired the best teachers - as Mr. Stolnici Balaceanu, Mrs. Nina Diaconescu, we made all the efforts for good conditions and preparations of the nurses, and also into our classes the nurses are learning foreign languages as English, French or Hebrew. The training is represented by the special techniques for Alzheimer and Parkinson diseases, strokes and brain injuries, hearth disease, accidents etc...The nurses will embrace the techniques of washing the patients or the affected parts, giving first medical aid, changing dippers, physic therapeutically massage, lifting the patients etc... The diploma that they are going to receive is recognized by the companies we're working with and allow the nurses to work in the geriatric activity - home health care for old aged. For the persons that does not have the possibility to stay in Bucharest during the classes, we introduced the home geriatric course without frequency (only the theoretical part of it), but the practice is still going to be made to "Ana Aslan" geriatric hospital in Bucharest, hospital recognized as one of the best treating geriatric problems in Eastern Europe.

- 550-800 $ monthly wage;
- 20 $ / week allowance;
- 35-50 $ per free day if it's worked;
- after one month if you will not accommodate with the family you have the right to ask for another family to work with, but before you have to give a pre-notice to the firm in Israel and to the family;
- free housing conditions;
- medical insurance;
- 5 minutes / week free phone talk with your country;
- the contract is signed for a period of minimum 2 years;
- 12 days per year paid holiday - if it's work is going to be paid double, or if you want to return in Romania to spend it there you will have an InterVISA for this period, but you are obligated to respect the terms and obligations of the signed contract;
- The negatives situations that might occur between the employee and the patient or his family (moral or material reason) it will be solved only between those two parts;
- If the employee wants to suspend the contract (for any reason) he is obliged to announce with 3 months before this firm and the person who hired him. When the contract is over, and the employee wants to continue it, is required to make another deal with this firm and obtain the necessary documents again.

- CARITAS medical exam (or one approved in testing the working force personnel)
- following the geriatric program (120 hours: 80 hours of theoretic preparation and 40 hours of practice);
- a passport valid for minimum 3 (two) years (4 copies);
- ID (2 copies);
- certificate of marriage (if exists, 2 copies);
- husband’s / wife’s ID (2 copies);
- children’s birth certificate (if exists);
- the commissioner’s ID (the commissioner from the assurance policy, 2 copies);
- police record (in original) is valid for 3 months;
- workman’s pass or employment card (closed before living, 2 copies);
- knowledge of one or two foreign languages (as needed by employer);
- 4 photos passport look-a-like;
- 4 photos standing up (2 alone,2 with your family);
