INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS BUSINESS & TRADINGS is searching, recruiting, preparing and testing in civil and industrial engineering: carpenters; iron-smiths; masons; plumbers; galvanizations; licensed electricians; welders (CO2, argon, root); locksmiths; mechanics for hard equipment (tractor drivers of all tractor brands); handicraftsmen for making stencils; drivers all grades. After this activity we are making all the necessary documents (medical assurance, life insurance, documents for the Labor Ministry, for Health Ministry, for State of Israel Embassy) and we are sending them with a working contract to work in Israel and all over the world. The advantage having us is that the workers will go directly to work to an engineering and not to a working force company, the wage is going to be out of commission. The contracts are signed between the employee and the employer, the terms are clarified into it, and the professionalism is high.

To the construction yard, the workers sent by us are making benefits of all the advantages of a working contract. They are going to live in the constructions yard, in special arrangement places, where they have all the conditions to live as: facilities for preparing the food, facilities for sleeping and sanitary ones. The arrangements are paid by the employer. The workers will use the newest , their equipment is made in Israel or imported from United States.
